I wondered just what could be so great about it; I have read plenty nature books. I’ve even read books about nature gardening. But Carole is a friend of mine and she offered to send me a copy. I jumped at [...] I find myself coming back again and again to read classic books, books I read many years ago. Below are three books I highly recommend for the animal-lover in you, or the animal-lover in your life. There are 33 different species of oak listed in The Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Trees – Eastern Region. All except the English Oak, Quercus robur, are native.
