Get the List Bug with ListPlanIt

Here’s a give away for getting your garden, family, and even your camping trips organized. In celebration of the launch of Loving Nature’s Garden, Jennifer at ListPLanIt.com has provided me with a one year membership to give away to one lucky reader.

After reading my tips on having a happy family camping trip you might have come away thinking I’m really organized. The truth is that half the time I’d love to have a list to fill in, if only I could think how to organize one. I thought I’d better take a look at ListPlanIt and see what I’m missing out on by giving away this free membership.

Fortunately ListPlanIt are currently offering a one week free trial membership for all new subscribers, so I was able to sign up and take a look. Here are the lists Jennifer offers in the garden category alone:

  • seed starting schedule
  • garden wish list
  • garden notes
  • daily outdoor journal
  • description of plants
  • seasonal garden chores
  • future garden reference
  • garden contacts

Many of the lists are basically rows and columns with simple titles. There is no distracting color or graphics. Other lists, such as the one for camping, are checklists. I’m pretty excited by the very large range of lists Jennifer offers at ListPlanIt. The lists cover everything from emergency preparadness to conversation starters for the family dinner table and my mind is full of all the possibilities.

The membership give away is for one year of membership at the Print Level. Here’s what to do to enter the give away. Pop on over to ListPlanIt.com. Either register for one week of free membership to try it out, or simply look through the list of lists for Home Management. Come back here and leave a comment with the name of a list you think would be very useful to you.

That’s it. Good luck with your entry. The give away will be open until midnight on Tuesday, July 14th, 2009. Now, can I resist signing up for this service?

  • First of all, I’m a nearly obsessive/compulsive list maker. The site was staggering, I’m in full amorous flush right now just browsing the home management section. Seriously, if I don’t actually get lucky and win this give away I’m rushing off to purchase a membership on July 15th. I so wish I were kidding; I’m not. Alison–you’re dangerous! :-)

I just re-read the text “Room by Room Purge” and I’m getting goosebumps. I think Gordy will have to help me detoxify! ;-)

  • What an interesting concept :) I would love the holiday planner list!

Can I choose all of the lists? Seriously, the only lists I couldn’t use were the ones for girls things, cause I only have a son- so far :) lol, this would be so helpful for me. I struggle tryng to stay on top of things and like you said, I would love to have a list to fill in, but how exactly does one go about something like that? I have some amature lists I do in my notebook that help, but I bet these are ten times better, and would probably help with motivation also. Thanks for the oppertunity!
